Since the first UpTower boots on the ground in 2019, our company has not had an OSHA recordable. We are proud of our incredible company safety rating.

Jordan Bielefeld, VP of Operations

 Our VP of Operations, has over 15 years of wind energy specific experience. Jordan has proven his ability to manage top tier teams providing services to utilities, owners, and manufacturers. 

Jason Rice, Operations Manager

 Jason has over 13 years of wind industry experience supervising the daily operations of UpTower’s work. His years of hands-on experience in wind makes him a valuable leader for our team and technicians in the field.  

Kloe Randall, Contract Manager

 Kloe is our contract manager at UpTower. She's been a vital part of the company since it first began in 2019. Kloe's been an integral part of our success as a start up and now thriving business in the wind energy sector.  

Kate Marie, Customer Success Manager

 Katie is responsible for the success and positive experience we provide our customers. She has over 15 years of experience in business development and building customer relationships..
